Congratulations to Mary Ann Vogel

Mary Ann Vogel, founding Principal of Saint Martin de Porres High School, has been accepted into the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education for a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. This highly competitive program brings together a new, select and diverse cohort of 25 educational leaders to build an intensive professional learning community in an executive-style 36-month doctoral program. The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education is one of the best graduate schools of education in the country, as ranked by US News and World Report.

"Mary Ann continues to prove herself as a dedicated educational leader, committed to changing the landscape of education, and transforming urban Cleveland," said founding President Rich Clark, in his announcement to the Saint Martin community.

Mary Ann will travel to Philadelphia one weekend a month during the school year and for a one-week, intensive meeting each summer. She will continue to serve as Principal at Saint Martin throughout her study. Congratulations to Mary Ann on her acceptance.
