Fr. Timothy Kesicki, SJ, to celebrate our Mass of the Holy Spirit

You are invited to join us this Friday, September 2, 2011, at 9:30 am for the opening Mass of our 8th school year. We are thrilled to join with celebrant Fr. Timothy P. Kesicki, SJ, provincial of the Chicago-Detroit Province of the Society of Jesus, as we pray for God’s blessing on our school year and officially welcome and commission all of the new members of the Saint Martin community.   
 

Following Mass at St. Vitus Parish, there will be a reception in our newly renovated cafegymatorium. We hope you can join us.

Have You Registered Yet?

The first annual Saint Martin Cristo Rey 5k is Sunday August 21^st. The 5k Run/Walk will start and end at the school and participants will run their way through the St. Clair Superior neighborhood. Through your participation and support, you will help our students reach their highest potential and allow Saint Martin to continue pursuing our mission of transforming urban Cleveland one student at a time.

Registration is available online through Hermes Sports & Events. Participants will receive a commemorative technical shirt as well as post-race food and refreshments. Registration begins at 7:30 am. Mass will be offered in the chapel at Saint Martin at 8:15 am. The 5k Run/Walk will begin at 9 am.

It's hard to believe that new students will be arriving at Saint Martin tomorrow! New student transition days mark the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year. The month of August will be busy as we train and orient students to their Corporate Work Study Program positions and welcome students to our school community.
